Who we are looking for:

  • Following the rapid growth over the last 5 years, we have been investing in the build-up of the international sales organization and are currently searching for a VP of Sales for Retail/CPG vertical in the UK.
  • This performance-based role is critical in helping Intellias to scale its business development capability, as well as drive towards and close strategic deals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in IT services, software engineering and/or digital transformation, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value outsourcing deals in the UK market.
  • Proven experience selling into the Retail/CPG sector in the UK, with an established network of senior decision-makers in leading organisations.
  • Strong understanding of UK Retail/CPG market dynamics, buying cycles and competitive landscape for technology and IT services providers.
  • Consultative, value-driven sales leader with the confidence to challenge client thinking and engage credibly with C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with experience closing multi-year, multi-million-pound contracts.
  • Entrepreneurial, 'out-of-the-box' mindset with a passion for modern technologies and their impact on the Retail/CPG industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop a strong enterprise opportunity pipeline focused on new sales wins within the UK Retail/CPG market, acting as an individual contributor and lead deal owner.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic Retail/CPG accounts in the UK, expanding relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring long-term partnership value.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with key decision-makers across large UK Retail/CPG organizations and selected global groups operating in the UK.
  • Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, from first engagement through solution shaping, negotiation and contract closure.
  • Act as a bridge between client business challenges and Intellias’ technology and engineering capabilities, shaping compelling, client-specific value propositions.
  • Build, articulate and continuously refine the value proposition of Intellias’ services and expertise for the Retail/CPG sector.
