Following rapid growth over the last 5 years, we are investing in the build-up of our international sales organization and are currently searching for an Account Executive Director for the BFSI segment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, with at least 3 years focused on IT outsourcing, digital transformation, or software development services in the FSI sector.
- Proven track record of expanding and growing large enterprise accounts (mid-market and large financial institutions).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and staffing needs across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and technology companies.
- Demonstrable understanding of the software development outsourcing industry, including its various service directions, sales cycles for different industries and company sizes, and modern software engineering technologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle, buyer personas, and procurement processes in financial services.
- Savvy with the latest B2B sales processes and buyer engagement techniques, leveraging digital and social tools to build pipelines.
- Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprise customers in the EU, with the ability to identify, navigate, and build relationships among buying committees that gain sponsorship to win and book revenue.
- Ability to attain sales quotas and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Experience in global service delivery, understanding the nuances of working with distributed teams.
- Strong presentation skills to engage both technical and business audiences at virtual or onsite events.
- Highly polished personal brand, especially on LinkedIn, and proficiency in leveraging digital and social selling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
