Your Role – How You Bring VISTA to Life
- Visionary – Think Forward
Review and identify improvements in signage, site layout and customer experience, providing valuable feedback to Head Office. Support the continual enhancement of our service by recognising patterns, raising improvements and contributing to a better parking environment. - Intentional – Act with Purpose
Issue parking charge notices accurately and in line with British Parking Association (BPA) policies and guidelines. Apply consistent time management, ensuring each allocated site receives the right level of coverage. Follow all operational processes with precision, using your equipment responsibly, including uniform and body-worn camera. - Synergy – Be Brilliant, Together
Work collaboratively with colleagues and Head Office, reporting site concerns clearly and promptly. Assist the public with parking queries, providing clear advice and signposting customers to the correct appeals procedure. Support local coverage when other team members are on leave or absent. - Tenacity – Stay Switched On
Patrol client sites and residential areas proactively, maintaining focus throughout your shift. Adapt to occasional rota changes based on business needs. Show resilience when dealing with challenging situations, using conflict-management skills to remain calm and professional. - Accountability – Own It
Take personal responsibility for delivering an exceptional service to clients and the public. Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to BPA standards at all times. Uphold our commitment to fairness, integrity and ethical conduct.
Rota
Full-time: 35 hours per week 5 out of 7 days (Mon - Fri)
Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:00
Working days/times may occasionally be amended to meet business needs.
Pay & Rewards
£13.31 per hour rising to £13.32 following successful completion of probation (day shift), paid weekly
Operative Performance Bonus – paid fortnightly from day one
