We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our friendly and welcoming team at Darlington Hall Trust. This vacancy is 20 hours per week. This role works on a two-week rotating basis:
- Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat: 10:00am - 15:00pm
- The following week: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sun: 10:00am - 15:00pm
Own transportation is required. We require applicants who can handle a large degree of patrolling around the car park as this is a requirement during each shift as well as being able to enjoy working outdoors. In exchange, we offer full training and ongoing support, the opportunity to join a growing business with full uniform being provided and a company pension scheme.
Duties:
- To carry out any other duties as may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
- Provide first line customer service to users of the car park, ensuring a positive impression is projected to all customers.
- Carry out regular patrols of the car park throughout the shift.
- Monitor vehicles to ensure full compliance of the car park's terms and conditions, issuing Parking Charge Notices to offending vehicles when necessary.
Experience:
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however, experience in customer service and having a SIA licence would be advantageous.
