- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Confident communication and the ability to handle conflict calmly
- Independence, reliability, and a professional attitude
- Flexibility to cover nearby sites during absence or holidays
- A DBS check may be required

- Intentional – Act with Purpose: Every PCN is issued fairly and appropriately, backed by clear processes and evidence.
- Synergy – Be Brilliant, Together: You work solo but are part of a committed national team — sharing insights, solving problems, and upholding standards.
- Tenacity – Stay Switched On: You handle the unexpected with professionalism, stay alert on long shifts, and lead with calm under pressure.
