Job Summary: We are seeking a Signage Engineer to oversee the installation, maintenance, and quality assurance of parking signage systems. This role involves working with design plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering safe, durable, and clearly visible signage for parking facilities. Working alone and with a team to complete installations. The role will include national travel and some staying away overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install parking signage including directional signs, regulatory signs, and informational displays in accordance with project specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, site plans, and layout designs to determine accurate sign placement
- Ensure all signage installs comply with safety standards and install guidelines
- Operate tools and equipment for mounting, fixing, and securing signage (e.g., drilling, riveting and using COSHH bonding materials)
- Coordinate with project managers
