Your VISTA Journey Starts Here

At Intelli-Park, we don’t just enforce parking — we acquire, integrate, and drive the future of intelligent mobility. As our Project Manager – Migrations, you’ll lead the end-to-end migration of acquired business locations from their legacy IT systems into Intelli-Park’s enforcement and operations platform. Managing a team of two Project Administrators, you’ll own the full programme from intake to go-live — all while living our VISTA values.

  • Visionary (Think Forward)
  • Taking ownership of the full migrations programme, translating M&A activity into a structured, deliverable project plan across all acquired locations.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of both the source platform (the acquired business’s system) and the destination platform (Intelli-Park’s Intelliverse environment, including iHub, eCam, and associated tooling).
  • Identifying process improvements throughout the contract and presenting recommendations to the COO to shape how future migrations are delivered.
  • Intentional (Act with Purpose)
    • Maintaining a live project plan across all migration locations, with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk flags at every stage.
    • Conducting and overseeing thorough pre-go-live site checks for every location — PCN rates, contravention codes, signage compliance, ANPR and camera images, and operational periods — with zero critical errors reaching go-live unchecked.
    • Creating and maintaining clear SOPs for the end-to-end migration process, ensuring consistent and repeatable delivery across the team.
    • Ensuring all migrated sites comply with BPA/IPC codes of practice and Intelli-Park’s internal operational standards before cutover.
  • Synergy (Be Brilliant, Together)
    • Line managing two Project Administrators — assigning workloads, setting priorities, and providing day-to-day direction and support.
    • Completing all probation review documentation for your direct reports on schedule and submitting to HR via PeopleHR by the required dates.
    • Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, IT, and the COO function from the outset of the contract.
    • Fostering a high-quality, detail-oriented team culture where accuracy and accountability are non-negotiable.
  • Tenacity (Stay Switched On)
    • Monitoring programme progress proactively, identifying blockers early and escalating to the COO with proposed solutions — never just problems.
    • Managing client-side communications with acquired businesses professionally throughout the transition, ensuring a smooth handover experience.
    • Maintaining accurate and auditable records of migration status, sign-off approvals, and any post-go-live issues across every location.
    • Working within GDPR requirements when handling data from acquired businesses throughout the migration process.
  • Accountability (Own It)
    • Acting as the single point of accountability for migration delivery — from first intake through to post-go-live sign-off.
    • Preparing and presenting clear progress updates to the COO, with risks quantified and options laid out.
    • Ensuring all team members follow Intelli-Park protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements at every stage.
    • Delivering the programme to timeline, with every site transitioned accurately and verified before cutover.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Owning and delivering the full migration programme across all acquired locations.
    • Developing and maintaining the project plan, with milestones, dependencies, and risk management throughout.
    • Leading pre-go-live checks covering PCN rates, contraventions, signage, camera images, and operational periods.
    • Line managing two Project Administrators — assigning work, supporting development, and completing probation reviews on time.
    • Acting as primary contact for acquired business stakeholders throughout the migration.
    • Documenting the end-to-end migration process and refining SOPs as the programme evolves.
    • Ensuring BPA/IPC compliance and Intelli-Park quality standards are met for every go-live.
    • Presenting progress and improvement recommendations to the COO across the contract period.

What You’ll Bring to the Park

    • Demonstrable experience managing IT or systems migration projects, ideally in an operations or multi-site environment.
    • Strong project management skills: planning, prioritisation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
    • Experience managing or supervising small teams, with the ability to assign work clearly and develop others.
    • High attention to detail — able to check data accuracy under time pressure with minimal error rate.
    • Confident communicator, written and verbal, including with external clients and acquired business counterparts.
    • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload against a live programme timeline.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with project tracking tools.
