Mobile Parking Operative – Full Time
Location: Mobile – Various Client Sites (travel required)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Tues-Sat 1000-1800
Rest Days: Monday & Sunday
Pay: £13.11 per hour rising to £13.32 upon completion of successful probation, paid weekly

At Intelli-Park, we provide professional parking services with fairness, respect, and accountability. As a Mobile Parking Operative, you’ll be the visible presence helping ensure parking rules are followed across client sites — supporting safe, accessible, and well-managed spaces.
This role offers freedom and variety, but it also requires resilience. You’ll issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), often in situations where people may react negatively. You’ll need to stay professional, calm, and confident — knowing you’re doing the right thing in the right way.

What You’ll Do
- Patrol client car parks and private land using your own vehicle
- Issue PCNs for vehicles contravening agreed parking rules
- Remain professional and composed during difficult conversations
- Provide guidance on appeals and respond to parking-related queries
- Observe and report on signage, bay markings, and safety issues
- Submit site coverage and status reports to HQ
- Travel between multiple sites and maintain timely route coverage
What You’ll Need
- A car or motorbike and a full UK Driving Licence
- Business insurance for your vehicle (we’ll reimburse up to £50)
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Confident communication and the ability to handle conflict calmly
- Independence, reliability, and a professional attitude
- Flexibility to cover nearby sites during absence or holidays
- A DBS check may be required
- The right to work in the UK
