At Intelli-Park, we provide professional parking services with fairness, respect, and accountability. As a Mobile Parking Operative, you’ll be the visible presence helping ensure parking rules are followed across client sites — supporting safe, accessible, and well-managed spaces.

This role offers freedom and variety, but it also requires resilience. You’ll issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), often in situations where people may react negatively. You’ll need to stay professional, calm, and confident — knowing you’re doing the right thing in the right way.

If you enjoy being outdoors, managing your own day, and thrive on responsibility, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Patrol client car parks and private land using your own vehicle
  • Issue PCNs for vehicles contravening agreed parking rules
  • Remain professional and composed during difficult conversations
  • Provide guidance on appeals and respond to parking-related queries
  • Observe and report on signage, bay markings, and safety issues
  • Submit site coverage and status reports to HQ
  • Travel between multiple sites and maintain timely route coverage

What You’ll Need

  • A car or motorbike and a full UK Driving Licence
  • Business insurance for your vehicle (we’ll reimburse up to £50)
  • At least 1 year of driving experience
  • Confident communication and the ability to handle conflict calmly
  • Independence, reliability, and a professional attitude
  • Flexibility to cover nearby sites during absence or holidays
  • A DBS check may be required
  • The right to work in the UK

Living Our VISTA Values

  • Visionary – Think Forward: You help us spot site risks and opportunities for improvement — keeping us ahead of the curve.
  • Intentional – Act with Purpose: Every PCN is issued fairly and appropriately, backed by clear processes and evidence.
  • Synergy – Be Brilliant, Together: You work solo but are part of a committed national team — sharing insights, solving problems, and upholding standards.
  • Tenacity – Stay Switched On: You handle the unexpected with professionalism, stay alert on long shifts, and lead with calm under pressure.
  • Accountability – Own It: You manage your route, your time, and your decisions — and you take pride in doing the job properly.

What You’ll Get

  • £12.25 per hour, paid weekly
  • Performance Bonus (paid fortnightly from day one)
  • Fuel reimbursement (27p per mile)
  • Business Insurance Reimbursement (£50 annually)
  • MOT Reimbursement (£55 annually)
  • Loyalty Bonus Scheme: £100/year (Years 1–4), £250 (Year 5), £500 (Year 10)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Full Intelli-Park uniform and body camera
  • Employee Excellence Awards
  • Continuous training and career development
  • Free/on-site parking
  • Company pension, sick pay, and company events
