Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–5:30pm) with flexibility for site needs, callouts and audits

As our Maintenance & Monitoring Team Lead, you’ll play a critical leadership role ensuring the uptime, performance, and reliability of our nationwide ANPR and hardware estate. Leading a skilled team of monitoring officers and a stock/scheduling coordinator, you’ll drive service performance, oversee maintenance planning, equipment config, support continuous improvement, and deliver tech-led field operations — all while bringing our VISTA values to life across every touchpoint.

- Leading Intelli-Park’s preventative maintenance strategy to reduce downtime and reactive issues.
- Monitoring trends in service data and identifying areas for technical or process innovation.
- Contributing to the roadmap for smarter, more sustainable maintenance models using digital tooling.

- Planning and prioritising daily and weekly maintenance schedules for your team.
- Coaching Officers on how to assess, document, and act on technical faults.
- Supporting the Scheduling & Stock Controller in managing asset levels and service readiness.

You’ll create a united, high-performing team by:
- Leading 1:1s, toolbox talks, site briefings, and weekly service reviews with your team.
- Acting as a liaison between engineers, service desk, landlords, and commercial teams.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding for new hires into your team.

You’ll stay cool under pressure and lead from the front by:
- Being available for escalations and high-priority service disruptions.
- Conducting on-site audits and ride-alongs to ensure technical and behavioural standards.
- Keeping everyone focused, even when juggling competing SLAs or reactive issues.

You’ll take ownership for results by:
- Managing KPI performance across the maintenance team, including SLA resolution, uptime, and site quality.
- Tracking work completion, inspection reports, and ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
- Escalating issues, reporting risks, and ensuring safety, compliance, and consistency.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and motivating an office-based team of 4 Maintenance and Monitoring Officers and 1 Stock/Scheduling Controller.
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of the maintenance and monitoring function across Intelli-Park sites.
- Scheduling and approving works in partnership with the Service Desk and Scheduler.
- Conducting regular performance reviews, spot checks, and safety inspections across your region.
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs, SLA performance, and maintenance compliance.
- Providing frontline technical guidance and being a point of escalation for field issues.
- Ensuring vehicles, tools, PPE, and systems are maintained, safe, and compliant.
- Supporting training, induction, and documentation across the team.
- Helping shape the maintenance reporting dashboard, toolkit, and field processes.
What You’ll Bring to the Park
- Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisor role (maintenance, technical, or field ops).
- Hands‑on understanding of ANPR systems, CCTV, or similar smart infrastructure hardware.
- Strong planning and scheduling abilities, with attention to detail and urgency.
- People leadership: coaching, feedback, delegation, and motivation skills.
- Experience working to tight SLAs and performance KPIs in a compliance-heavy environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, field apps and maintenance tracking tools.
- Experience in building or interpreting reports from Excel, or data dashboards
- Technical knowledge in ANPR/CCTV products and their networks and configuration
- Full UK driving licence and clear DBS (essential).
