  • Monitoring trends in service data and identifying areas for technical or process innovation.
  • Contributing to the roadmap for smarter, more sustainable maintenance models using digital tooling.

I – Intentional (Act with Purpose)

You’ll lead with clarity and direction by:

  • Planning and prioritising daily and weekly maintenance schedules for your team.
  • Coaching Officers on how to assess, document, and act on technical faults.

  • Acting as a liaison between engineers, service desk, landlords, and commercial teams.
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding for new hires into your team.

T – Tenacity (Stay Switched On)

You’ll stay cool under pressure and lead from the front by:

  • Being available for escalations and high-priority service disruptions.
  • Conducting on-site audits and ride-alongs to ensure technical and behavioural standards.
  • Keeping everyone focused, even when juggling competing SLAs or reactive issues.

A – Accountability (Own It)

You’ll take ownership for results by:

  • Managing KPI performance across the maintenance team, including SLA resolution, uptime, and site quality.
  • Tracking work completion, inspection reports, and ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
  • Escalating issues, reporting risks, and ensuring safety, compliance, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and motivating an office-based team of 4 Maintenance and Monitoring Officers and 1 Stock/Scheduling Controller.
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of the maintenance and monitoring function across Intelli-Park sites.
  • Scheduling and approving works in partnership with the Service Desk and Scheduler.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, spot checks, and safety inspections across your region.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs, SLA performance, and maintenance compliance.
  • Providing frontline technical guidance and being a point of escalation for field issues.
  • Ensuring vehicles, tools, PPE, and systems are maintained, safe, and compliant.
  • Supporting training, induction, and documentation across the team.
  • Helping shape the maintenance reporting dashboard, toolkit, and field processes.

What You’ll Bring to the Park
