As a Mobile Parking Operative, you’ll be working outdoors, managing your route, and acting as a key presence across car parks and private land. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active and working independently. But let’s be clear: this is not always an easy job. You’ll be issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), which can lead to challenging conversations. You need to be confident, calm, and professional — especially when faced with conflict or frustration.

What You’ll Do
- Patrol client car parks and private land on foot or by vehicle
- Monitor compliance and issue PCNs for vehicles in breach of parking rules
- Travel between sites using your own car or motorbike (fuel reimbursed)
- Provide excellent, clear communication to members of the public
- Handle difficult situations with a calm, respectful approach
- Submit daily site status reports and raise feedback to head office
- Ensure signage and bay markings are clear, visible, and correct
- Represent Intelli-Park with professionalism at all times
What You’ll Need
- Access to your own car or motorbike
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to add business insurance (we’ll reimburse up to £50)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- A resilient, respectful, and confident approach to challenging conversations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Flexibility to support local cover during holidays or absences
- A DBS check may be required before starting
