Your VISTA Journey Starts Here

At Intelli-Park, smart engineering isn’t just about getting the job done — it’s about getting it done safely, brilliantly, and for the long term. As our Engineering Supervisor, you’ll lead a dynamic team across installations, maintenance, signage and civils. You’ll be hands-on in ensuring projects and maintenance are delivered with technical excellence, safety and compliance. If you're passionate about ANPR infrastructure, people leadership and high standards, then this role puts you right at the heart of how we build our smarter parking future.

  • Visionary (Think Forward): You’ll lead innovation on the ground by driving best practices across ANPR, electrical, civil and signage works; reviewing engineering methods and tech usage to improve efficiency and longevity; collaborating with Project Managers and Surveyors to scope delivery-friendly site solutions.
  • Intentional (Act with Purpose): You’ll run a tight ship by coordinating your team’s schedules, ensuring coverage, clarity and consistency; managing install handovers, pre-checks and post-install validations; ensuring all H&S documentation, RAMS and certification records are correct and up to date.
  • Synergy (Be Brilliant, Together): You’ll bring your team together by conducting regular toolbox talks, ride-outs, audits and mentoring sessions; coaching and supporting your team — especially junior and newly qualified engineers; acting as the bridge between engineering, project delivery, and site stakeholders.
  • Tenacity (Stay Switched On): You’ll stay alert, agile, and ready to respond by resolving on-site challenges with calm, decisive leadership; being available to escalate and troubleshoot urgent or critical issues; leading the investigation and resolution of faults or project delays when needed.
  • Accountability (Own It): You’ll take responsibility for results by managing your team’s performance and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes; auditing site standards, install integrity, PPE usage and tool readiness; reporting on progress, snagging lists, KPIs and project closeout documentation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and line-managing 10 engineers across installs, maintenance, civils and signage.
  • Coordinating site readiness, deployment planning and daily logistics.
  • Reviewing drawings and scope docs to ensure field feasibility and install prep.
  • Maintaining tool stock, vehicles, PPE and engineer equipment.
  • Supporting H&S compliance including ladder checks, manual handling and method statements.
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, site contacts and project leads to ensure alignment.
  • Delivering on-site coaching, first-fix reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Maintaining ISO-ready documentation including quality assurance records.

What You’ll Bring to the Park

  • Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 minimum + 18th Edition).
  • Extensive experience in ANPR/CCTV system installations or smart infrastructure.
  • Hands-on civils or groundworks knowledge (e.g., ducting, columns, trenching, reinstatement).
  • Strong track record in managing multi-skilled engineering teams.
  • Excellent understanding of H&S regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
  • CSCS/ECS, IPAF, or similar certification desirable.
  • Proven field leadership and escalation management capability.
  • Exceptional organisation and reporting skills using MS Office/365.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away as required.
  • Clear DBS check required.
