Main duties and responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is overseeing the entire employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compliance, compensation, and employee relations.
- You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
- You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining our HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulations, and promoting a positive company culture.
