Recruitment Resourcer – Deep Tech Recruitment IC Resources is one of Europe’s leading deep tech recruitment specialists — and we’re expanding.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Theale, supporting experienced Consultants and helping to connect talented engineers with cutting-edge companies across semiconductors, electronics, software, AI and emerging technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity to start or progress a career in recruitment within one of the most exciting sectors in tech.

What you’ll be doing Sourcing and engaging candidates across our database and Linked In Writing job adverts and reviewing applications Speaking with candidates and understanding their experience and aspirations Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients Supporting Consultants with active searches and open vacancies Working towards clear activity and quality-based targets What we’re looking for Confident communication skills — especially over the phone Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks A proactive, driven attitude and willingness to learn Reliability, attention to detail and a positive team mindset.
