Contract Recruitment Consultant – Deep Tech At IC Resources, we specialise in deep tech recruitment – and our Contract Division is growing fast.

We’re looking for a driven Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Theale.

This is a permanent role, focused on placing contractors into some of the most innovative deep tech companies worldwide – from start-ups to global industry leaders.

What you’ll be doing Building and nurturing a network of contract professionals across deep tech.

Managing the full 360 contract recruitment cycle in a fast-moving, technical market.

Developing client relationships and uncovering new contract opportunities.

Becoming a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering speed, quality and compliance.

What we’re looking for A proactive, commercial mindset with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
