We’re looking for a talented PIC Design Engineer to join our clients team in Oxford, working on the design and development of cutting-edge silicon photonic integrated circuits (PICs). You’ll work across PIC architecture, optical/electrical simulation, layout and tape-out, helping take innovative photonic technologies from concept through to silicon. Requirements Msc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics or a related field Experience with PIC / silicon photonics design Familiarity with photonic simulation and layout tools e.g Lumerical and Ipkiss Understanding of integrated optics and optical devices Experience taking designs through tape-out and fabrication is desirable If you have the required skill set for PIC design, please get in touch with Phil Wright at IC Resources!
