This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge products, supporting the transition from prototype development through to production while playing a key role in manufacturing, testing, quality, and process improvement. Manufacturing, assembling, and testing mechanical, electrical, or optical systems and sub-assemblies Supporting 3D printing activities and managing parts inventory Developing and maintaining SOPs and production documentation Driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Inspecting incoming parts and ensuring products meet quality standards Supporting system installation, deployment, and field maintenance activities Experience within a production or manufacturing environment Hands-on assembly, integration, and testing experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Optical systems Experience supporting the transition from prototype builds into serial production
