Experience building simulation, modelling, or performance-analysis frameworks for complex technical systems
Strong understanding of system architecture, concurrency, performance bottlenecks, and optimisation
Experience benchmarking workloads and correlating modelled versus real-world performance
Experience designing scalable engineering tools and workflows
Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions
Experience working across software, systems, and engineering teams
