A long‐established semiconductor design services company is seeking an EMEA Sales Director to drive regional growth and expand strategic customer relationships across OEMs, Tier 1s and emerging tech markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy
- Grow revenue across industrial, aerospace, automotive and high‐reliability sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of ASIC/mixed‐signal design service opportunities
- Develop long‐term relationships with engineering, procurement and leadership teams
- Provide accurate forecasting and market insight to senior management
Requirements
- Proven success selling semiconductor design services (ASIC, mixed‐signal, custom IC, or similar)
- Strong track record managing multi‐country EMEA territories
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into commercial value
- Confident engaging with engineering teams and senior stakeholders
- Self‐driven, strategic, and comfortable operating autonomously
Location & travel
- Home‐based in the UK or Ireland
- Regular travel across EMEA
