As the Skills & Workforce Manager, you'll help bridge the gap between technical industry needs and skills policy, ensuring workforce programmes remain relevant to the rapidly evolving semiconductor and deep-tech landscape.
Responsibilities include Supporting the development of workforce and skills initiatives.
Working with industry, academia and government stakeholders to identify future skills requirements.
Helping shape curriculum guidance, training pathways and workforce development programmes.
Coordinating industry advisory groups, stakeholder engagements and ecosystem activities.
Supporting research, skills forecasting and workforce mapping across the UK semiconductor sector.
Delivering presentations, workshops and industry-facing events.
Building relationships with employers, universities, training providers and government bodies.
Supporting the development of tools and resources that improve visibility of technical training and CPD opportunities.
