Our client is a specialist RF and antenna technology company building a new R&D capability in Lincoln, UK.

This is a small, high-calibre engineering group working directly with senior technical leadership on complex RF and antenna challenges.

The focus is on real product development, not theory, spanning antenna systems, RF subsystems and mixed-signal electronics, with collaboration across international engineering teams.

The Role – Junior RF & Antenna Design Engineer As a Junior RF & Antenna Design Engineer, you’ll work closely with experienced engineers on the design and development of RF and antenna systems across a wide frequency range (HF to SHF).

This Junior RF & Antenna Design Engineer role is hands-on - supporting simulation, design, prototyping and testing of real hardware, not just modelling.
