Overview

As Software Engineering Manager you will lead a team of expert engineers focused on real-time, high-throughput embedded software across heterogeneous architectures. You will shape software engineering methodologies, processes and design techniques, driving efficient development, testing and optimization. You will oversee integration of wireless signal processing and ensure robust CI/CD, planning, and tracking practices. You’ll develop the team’s capabilities, foster growth, and promote knowledge sharing in a cross-functional environment. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to influence product quality and engineering culture, on-site three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead real-time embedded software development, optimization and testing across multiple architectures
  • Spearhead the development of engineering methodologies, processes and design techniques
  • Oversee integration of wireless signal processing on heterogeneous architectures
  • Drive embedded/HPC software development lifecycle, testing and performance optimisation
  • Implement and improve CI/CD workflows, development planning and project tracking
  • Support team leaders in building a high-performance, growth-focused engineering team

Key requirements

  • Track record in developing and testing embedded or high-performance computing software
