Overview

In this role you will own the complete IC development flow, from design through silicon evaluation and testing, for ultra-low-power optical interconnects in AI systems.

You will work at the intersection of high-speed analog, photonics and CMOS, influencing architecture and product readiness.

The position combines hands-on circuit design with verification, tape-outs and commercialization activities in a scaling semiconductor environment.

You’ll join a cross-functional team driving disruptive, integrated solutions with Hybrid work flexibility and relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Design and verify analog circuits for ultra-low-power optical interconnects
  • Manage end-to-end IC development flow from specs to production
  • Silicon evaluation, characterization and testing of ICs
  • Contribute to IC tape-outs and product commercialization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with system goals
  • Key requirements
  • Masters in Electrical Engineering (or Ph D) with established analog design experience
  • Proven track record in analog circuit design from specs to production
  • Deep understanding of analog, mixed-signal and RF design in deep submicron CMOS
