Overview
In this role you lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex electronic systems for a technology company that builds advanced sensing and instrumentation products. You shape future products by guiding hardware roadmaps and providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams. You will take concepts to production, ensure testing and EMC qualification, and collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronic systems
- Define hardware architectures and technical roadmaps for new products
- Bring products from concept to production and provide manufacturing support
- Conduct design reviews and mentor engineering teams
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineers
- Support testing, validation, EMC compliance, and product qualification activities
Key requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Strong experience in analogue and digital electronic design
- Experience of full product lifecycle from concept to production
- Knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and hardware integration
- Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers
