Overview

In this role you lead and shape complex analogue and digital electronic systems from concept to production, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. You provide technical direction, oversee hardware architectures, and mentor engineering teams to ensure successful qualification, manufacturing, and release. The position offers impact across product lifecycles and system integration in a collaborative, mission-critical environment. You will drive technical decisions and contribute to the development of innovative electronics for challenging technology products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of analogue and digital electronic systems
  • Define hardware architectures and technical requirements
  • Develop schematics and oversee PCB design activities
  • Support system integration, testing and validation
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams
  • Conduct design reviews and support key technical decisions
  • Collaborate with software, systems and mechanical engineers
  • Support products through qualification, manufacturing and release

Key requirements

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in electronics hardware design
  • Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics
  • Experience developing complex products through the full lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, testing and debugging
  • Ability to lead technical projects and influence engineering direction
