The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 Β£ per year.

Our international client is now searching for a MOSFET Product Engineer to be responsible for the new product introduction, characterisation and qualification of Power MOSFET products. The role will involve managing New Product Introductions from first silicon to production release as well as manage product qualifications to a tight schedule. Interfacing with production teams in the UK will be required and working with R&D teams in Taiwan.

Required skills for the MOSFET Product Engineer will include:

  • Power semiconductor device and product knowledge
  • Knowledge or experience of Wafer Test and Reliability testing
  • Wafer fabrication process experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics or related discipline
