I'm working with a global semiconductor company developing technologies that enable electrification, energy efficiency and next-generation connected devices.

I'm looking for a Senior Staff Digital Verification Engineer to join their growing R&D team in Bristol, taking ownership of complex IP verification and helping shape verification strategy across future product development.

What you'll be doing Leading the verification of complex digital IP blocks from planning through to sign-off Developing and maintaining advanced System Verilog/UVM verification environments Creating functional coverage models and constrained-random test scenarios Driving coverage closure and ensuring verification quality targets are achieved Debugging complex issues and working closely with design and architecture teams to resolve them Influencing verification methodology, best practice and testbench architecture across projects Contributing to technical discussions and helping drive continuous improvement within the verification team What I'm looking for Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline 8+ years' experience in Digital Verification Strong hands-on experience with System Verilog and UVM Proven experience verifying complex IP or So C designs Strong understanding of constrained-random verification and coverage-driven methodologies Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams Fluent English communication skills Why consider this opportunity?
