Our client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Product Engineer to have full responsibility of IC production development and IC production quality of wireless and automotive devices.
The role will involve planning qualification and reliability programs as well as developing product yield enhancement programs.
Interfacing with suppliers and different departments within the company will be critical to the role.
Required experience for the Product Engineer will be as follows,
Semiconductor Product engineering experience IC Test knowledge (ATE) Quality and reliability experience (ISO9000) Excellent communication skills Engineering Degree / Ph D in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
