Now we’re looking for a Creative Producer to take charge of our video direction – someone who lives and breathes video, loves testing bold hypotheses, and knows how to turn creative ideas into real performance growth.

💡 What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and grow the video creative stream – from concept to launch.
  • Test new storytelling formats for web and app funnels.
  • Launch creative experiments and scale top performers fast.
  • Work hand-in-hand with UA to turn insights into winning ads.
  • Analyze results, dig into CTRs and ROAS, and make every video better than the last.
  • Keep an eye on the market and competitors – spot trends before they go mainstream.
  • Explore new traffic sources and video formats – from UGC to motion storytelling.

🧩 What we’re looking for

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Video Strategist / Performance Creator.
  • A solid grasp of ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Applovin) and what makes users click.
  • Experience producing and scaling video ads with measurable impact is a must, experience with static ads is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset – you love data as much as creativity.
  • A passion for kids’ content or family-friendly storytelling.
  • Bringing on-board designer resources would be a great plus.
