Job Summary: Successful candidate will carry out service, maintenance works & projects for security systems at clients’ premises, including but not limited to Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at onsite & clients’ premises.
  • Attend to fault calls during office hours and standby duties after office hours, weekends & Public Holidays in rotating duty roster.
  • Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
  • Manage client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
  • Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction based on client’s business, organization and objectives.
  • Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
  • Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Min Higher Nitec & Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 2 years working experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems; knowledge in CCTV system is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated individual who is able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Required to perform standby duties after office hours, weekends & Public Holidays in rotating duty roster.
  • Driving License (Car or Motorbike) is a MUST – Preferably if candidate possesses its own vehicle.

Experience: Candidate will be considered for Senior Technical Officer.
