Technical Support Engineer / ICT Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our growing team. Setup, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365).
Lead or support migration projects, including on-prem to cloud transitions.
Provide 3rd line support across all core IT areas (networking, servers, storage, security, and desktop environments).
Document processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing.
Solid experience in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting .
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) – deployment, configuration, and management.
Demonstrated experience in 3rd line support across a variety of IT systems.
Experience with server, network, and storage technologies .
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
Familiarity with RMM tools and IT documentation platforms
