We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Sustainability Associate to join our dynamic team. About the Role

As a Graduate Sustainability Associate, you will support the development, implementation, and reporting of sustainability strategies across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful environmental and social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sustainability assessments, data analysis, and reporting (e.g., ESG, carbon footprint, materiality assessments).
  • Conduct research on best practices, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends in sustainability.
  • Support project management for client sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful sustainability solutions.
  • Help prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

About You

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Geography, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and climate action.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SDGs, B Corp) is a plus.
