A specialist Workday-focused consulting partner is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth within the HR tech ecosystem. This is a high-activity outbound role suited to someone confident on the phone and motivated by targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years’ experience in BDR / SDR / Business Development
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Comfortable booking meetings for senior sales or consulting teams
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Proven ability to hit outreach and meeting-booking KPIs
- Technically curious — interest in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise systems
- Experience selling into HR or IT departments is highly desirable
- Workday or technical systems exposure is a strong advantage
Location Requirement:
You must be able to commute to Surrey 2 days per week. Please only apply if this is realistic for you.
