Sustainability Recruitment Consultant – Ba (Hons) International Business and Spanish
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to sell a portfolio of inspection, certification, and auditing services to major enterprise clients in the food and beverage sector. Our customers include retailers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders across the agricultural and food supply chain.
This position sits within the Technical Services division and reports to the Sales Director, Technical Services . The role carries a global remit, with a primary focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and broader business objectives for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company’s technical service offerings (e.g., certification, verification, testing) through exceptional large account management.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global commercial teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales processes involving multi-level decision-making and extended sales cycles.
- Build strong relationships within B2B enterprise accounts, presenting solutions tailored to evolving customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to align solutions with customer strategy and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain account plans, aligning the company’s value proposition with the client’s business priorities.
- Identify and convert new opportunities based on an understanding of customer strategy and market drivers.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to manage strategic accounts.
- Lead enterprise segment account planning, targeting, and strategy development.
- Present quarterly account growth plans to senior leadership.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value business deals at a senior level.
- Provide regular business performance updates to management.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data to ensure predictability and business growth.
- Work with subject matter experts to assess solution viability for complex client needs.
- Record all account activity and plans in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise account management and sales, with a proven record of success.
- Track record of closing complex deals valued at $100k+.
- Experience selling technical or compliance solutions to the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
