We’re partnering with an ambitious AI-focused business looking to hire an exceptional early-career commercial professional with 2–3 years’ experience. This role is ideal for someone currently in:

  • Tech sales at a major vendor (Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, IBM, ServiceNow etc.)
  • A commercial/sales role within a leading consultancy (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY etc.)
  • Or a high-quality emerging tech business with strong enterprise exposure

The business is looking for someone who:

  • Has a consultative style — comfortable discussing business change, transformation and AI adoption
  • Is commercially sharp and credible in senior conversations
  • Wants to step away from a traditional corporate ladder into something more entrepreneurial
  • Is genuinely curious about AI and where the market is heading
  • Brings energy, ambition and strong communication skills

This is not a transactional sales role. It’s an opportunity to help shape how businesses adopt AI, working closely with founders and senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Package:

  • £60k base salary
  • £180k OTE
  • London-based, mostly in-person with flexibility where it makes sense
