Data & Insights Analyst – Sustainability Solutions

We’re on the lookout for an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven problem-solving to enhance and refine our sustainability-focused software platform. This role requires someone who can break down complex concepts into actionable insights and detailed models while ensuring our platform remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.

What You’ll Do:

• Research industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.
• Translate research insights into technical requirements for platform enhancements.
• Develop and refine sector-specific reports and content.
• Maintain and improve documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Continuously test, analyse, and optimise platform features, flagging areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Data Science, Environmental Studies, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, product research, or a consulting role.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of sustainability strategies, carbon footprint measurement, or environmental policies.
• Experience with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense.
