We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, highly skilled team building a next generation Financial Services Regulatory Compliance platform. This is a hands on role where you’ll work across the stack, leading frontend development with React and Next.js while also contributing to a Python (FastAPI) backend that powers AI driven insights and data heavy systems. You’ll have real ownership, influence technical direction, and help shape a platform used to simplify complex regulatory information.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development of responsive, high performance frontend features using React and Next.js
- Working closely with product, design, and data teams to create intuitive user experiences
- Building and maintaining scalable APIs and backend services in Python using FastAPI
- Contributing to architectural decisions as the platform evolves and transitions from Azure to GCP
- Ensuring strong integration between frontend and backend with a focus on performance and maintainability
- Taking ownership of features from design through to deployment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience building production ready applications with React and Next.js
- Confident TypeScript, with a focus on performance and modern React patterns
- Proven experience developing APIs or backend services with Python and FastAPI
- Comfortable working across the full stack and switching between frontend and backend problem solving
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Experience working with data heavy or AI driven products is a bonus
- A proactive engineer who enjoys working in a small, fast moving team
