What We're Looking For

  • A degree (or Master's) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
  • Understanding of core ML concepts: neural networks, transformers, classification, regression, and model evaluation
  • Some exposure to LLMs, generative AI, or NLP — whether through coursework, projects, or personal work
  • Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for ML
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain what you've built and why it matters

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG pipelines
  • Any open-source contributions, Kaggle competitions, or personal ML projects
  • Exposure to MLOps tools and deployment workflows (Docker, FastAPI, etc.)

What's on Offer

  • ~£35,000 – £45,000 base salary depending on experience
  • ~ Roles across London and hybrid-friendly companies
  • ~ Fast-moving environments where your work has real impact from the start
