The team delivers investment-banking style advice on M&A, capital markets strategy, and financial structuring, working closely with senior stakeholders and institutional clients globally. The Role
- Advise insurance and reinsurance clients on M&A and strategic transactions
- Execute and manage live transactions end-to-end
