About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team, supporting the delivery of high-impact digital campaigns and creative content that drives engagement and business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience β€” especially with HubSpot, LinkedIn campaigns, and content creation β€” who enjoys taking ownership and seeing ideas come to life across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot and associated tools.
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, from content planning to posting and performance tracking.
  • Support email marketing, lead management, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce and deliver engaging written, visual, and digital content.
  • Assist with SEO and CRM integration where required.
  • Contribute to creative projects, including design and video production, depending on your skillset.

About You

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign creation, automation, and reporting.
  • Confident managing social media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools and techniques.
