What you’ll do:
- Lead the design & development of Flutter apps for iOS and Android
- Shape architecture, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor developers and drive a positive engineering culture
- Work closely with product & backend teams to deliver mobile-first features
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in mobile development, 3+ years with Flutter
- Strong Dart, async programming, and architecture patterns (BLoC, Clean, MVC)
- Experience with APIs, push notifications, Git, and app store release flows
- Great communicator and leader who can align tech with business goals
