About the Role
In this pivotal position, you’ll take full ownership of our growth strategy, overseeing both organic and paid campaigns. You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to plan and execute engaging content, and you’ll dig into performance metrics to constantly refine and optimise our approach. From creative storytelling to precise data analysis—you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Design and run growth experiments to increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Use data to uncover insights and optimise campaigns
- Test new tactics across paid, organic, and earned media
- Organic Growth & Social Media
- Plan and manage a consistent and engaging social media calendar
- Collaborate with creatives to develop posts, videos, and community-focused content
- Monitor and improve social engagement using key metrics
- Partner with SEO specialists and developers to drive organic traffic
- Paid Campaign Management
- Lead paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Track results using UTM parameters and attribution tools
- Optimise for ROI and scale what works
