We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Executive — part creative storyteller, part digital strategist — to help elevate awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to craft compelling stories, test growth ideas, and analyse performance data to guide future campaigns. One day you might be drafting a social media storyboard or writing copy; the next, you’ll be measuring results, optimising campaigns, and briefing new creative assets. This is a hands-on role for someone ambitious, curious, and comfortable blending creativity with data-driven experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Content & Storytelling: Plan and execute a multi-channel content calendar across social, email, web, and blogs. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and agencies to bring ideas to life. Write engaging content across platforms, adapting tone and style to audience and goal. Use analytics to refine messaging, targeting, and performance. Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Growth & Performance: Plan and run growth experiments including A/B testing, referral loops, and retention prompts. Analyse metrics such as CTR, CAC, engagement, and conversion to optimise performance. Identify emerging content trends and platform changes early, adopting a test-and-learn mindset. Support paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and in-app platforms. Maintain dashboards and summarise campaign results for leadership.
- Community, Partnerships & MarComms: Manage communications for both consumer and partner audiences, including newsletters, updates, and announcements. Align marketing activity with product launches and lifecycle moments. Contribute to internal messaging frameworks and creative toolkits. Ensure brand voice is authentic, relatable, and consistent.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, or brand communications, ideally in a digital-first environment.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect creativity to measurable results.
- Comfortable balancing creative work with analytical thinking.
- Self-driven, curious, and organised — able to manage multiple priorities smoothly.
- Skilled at working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
You’ll Need
- Proven ability to create engaging digital content across platforms.
- Understanding of personas, tone of voice, and multi-channel strategy.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to interpret and act on marketing performance metrics.
- Strong written English and editing skills.
- Understanding of organic and paid marketing funnels.
- Analytical mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Bonus Points
- Experience in growth marketing for digital products, ecommerce, fintech, or social-impact sectors.
- Familiarity with AI tools for writing, research, or optimisation.
- Experience working with high-traffic campaigns or purpose-driven content.
- A micro-creator or content experimenter with an engaged online audience.
Why This Role Is Exciting
- Join a fast-moving, creative environment where your ideas can go from concept to live campaign quickly.
- Gain exposure to every side of growth marketing — from brand storytelling to performance analysis.
- Work on meaningful campaigns that connect creativity with measurable impact.
- Be part of a collaborative, remote-first team that values innovation, experimentation, and learning.
