Key Responsibilities
You will develop and deliver marketing campaigns to drive growth across our group businesses:
- Professional Services Division :
- Generate high-quality leads and increase event ticket sales.
- Wellbeing & Mental Health Startup :
- Build awareness and sales pipelines.
- Drive ticket sales for events and workshops.
- Collaborate with UX teams to optimize the digital experience.
- Media & Content Platform :
- Grow subscriber numbers and expand our audience.
- Boost revenue through e-commerce and paid subscriptions.
- Drive event ticket sales and participation.
- Hospitality Venue :
- Cross-promote services to generate event bookings and leads.
- Personal Branding :
- Enhance the online visibility of key individuals in the team.
Role Details
- Salary : £42,000 – £45,000 per year (paid monthly)
- Bonus : Performance-based, starting in Year 2
- Location : Work from home (based in Scotland) with regular travel and overnight stays
- Contract : Permanent, with a six-month probation period
- Equipment : Laptop, phone, and necessary accessories provided
- Expenses : Reimbursed with proper receipts and authorisation
