📍 Location: North Wales (Hybrid – Must be able to attend the office a few times a month)

💰 Salary: £26,000 – £32,000

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact? We are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Specialist to join our team, helping businesses measure, report, and reduce their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct carbon footprint assessments and sustainability reporting for businesses
• Provide expert consultancy on reducing emissions and improving environmental performance
• Analyse data, identify sustainability opportunities, and contribute to strategy development
• Engage with stakeholders, supporting businesses in their transition to a more sustainable future

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Geography, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in carbon accounting and environmental impact
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and present findings
• Willingness to travel to our North Wales office a few times per month
