Graduate Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive M&E surveys, managing the end-of-life cycle of mechanical and electrical systems, and providing detailed reports and cost analyses for system replacements and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct M&E surveys to assess the condition of mechanical and electrical systems within buildings and infrastructure.
  • Manage the end-of-life cycle of key systems, including boilers, fire alarms, and lighting.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on system replacements and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports using Microsoft Word, detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) plans in Excel, forecasting costs for system replacements and upgrades.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the development of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
