Location: SW London (Hybrid) (travel to Surrey office as needed 2-3 days per week)

Salary: £35,000 + uncapped commission (1st year OTE £50,000 – £70,000)

The Opportunity

This is an ideal entry point into consultative B2B sales for a commercially driven graduate who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and opening doors into target accounts. As a Graduate SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—researching organisations, running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), qualifying interest, and booking meetings. You'll learn how enterprise buying works, how to run structured discovery, and how to create pipeline in a high-growth environment, with a clear path to promotion into a closing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building pipeline through outbound prospecting across target industries and accounts (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
  • Researching companies and stakeholders: mapping decision-makers, priorities, initiatives and trigger events
  • Writing tailored outreach that resonates with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Handling first conversations: qualifying needs, urgency, stakeholders and next steps
  • Booking and confirming high-quality meetings
