We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join a growing UK team. This role is well suited to someone with 4–5 years of experience who enjoys leading complex client implementations, taking ownership of delivery, and working closely with stakeholders to design effective systems.
You will work directly with clients, gaining a strong understanding of how organisations operate and translating that into well-structured, scalable solutions on the monday.com platform.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end client implementations on the monday.com platform
- Analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Design advanced workflows, automations, and dashboards
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders
- Own client communication, delivery quality, and ongoing optimisation
Who we are looking for:
- 4–5 years’ experience in implementation consulting, business systems, operations, or a similar role
- Proven client-facing experience with responsibility for delivery
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience with monday.com or similar platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
