Overview

A leading low-latency trading firm is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join its growing technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-performance systems that underpin global financial markets. You’ll play a key role in scaling and securing infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring the reliability of mission-critical platforms in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Build and extend monitoring solutions (Grafana, Zabbix, ELK).
  • Drive automation with Ansible and infrastructure as code.
  • Manage containerized and virtualized environments (Docker, LXC, Proxmox).
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
  • Support hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and AWS cloud.
  • Embed DevSecOps best practices into systems and processes.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years’ DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering experience (but open to strong candidates with less).
  • Strong scripting skills (Python or Bash).
  • Solid grasp of networking & system security.
  • Hands-on with monitoring and observability tools.

Nice to have:

  • Background in trading, fintech, low-latency systems, or market data.
  • Experience with high-availability systems and hybrid cloud.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
