A high-growth fintech is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build and operate the infrastructure powering the next generation of post-trade systems across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on secure, scalable, and low-latency platforms that underpin real-time financial operations.

You’ll play a key role in designing cloud-native infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability in a performance-critical environment.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based distributed infrastructure supporting real-time services.
• Automate workflows and deployments using Terraform and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins).
• Support and optimize containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Build observability and monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Manage and tune messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for low-latency event handling.
• Enhance reliability, scalability, and infrastructure security through DevSecOps practices.

What we’re looking for

✅ 4–6 years’ experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.

✅ Strong background in AWS and Linux systems.

✅ Skilled in Terraform / IaC and CI/CD automation.

✅ Experience with Docker / Kubernetes in production environments.

✅ Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.

✅ Security-conscious mindset and automation-first approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or distributed ledger systems.
• Exposure to high-availability and latency-sensitive architectures.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or FCA-regulated environments.
